Groups are placed in separate rooms giving your team the ability to observe and listen privately from another room through our VC center. All sessions are recorded to the cloud and later transferred to DVD or other media for future review and use in planning the next steps for your legal matter, product or service. A client may supply his/her own pool of participants or use Allied’s convenient participant search service. Allied can locate, pre-screen, coordinate and provide participants for a scheduled focus group, letting you concentrate on the details of your legal or business matter.
Allied’s conference rooms are equipped with multiple screens for easily viewing materials relative to the focus group topic. We can coordinate laptop connectivity to present slide shows, video, exhibits, product, graphs or marketing ideas or provide a projector and screen set up to enlarge images. Easels and white boards are also available to aid the group at particular points in the discussion. Allied offers custom preparation of its facilities for your scheduled focus group, coordinates catered food and beverage service if desired, as well as offers a wireless community, fax, e-mail and copy services onsite to make your focus group trouble free.
